"Just a note on the exemplary service I received when I bought my MG in for its first service. It came as a shock to me when I discovered that Howard’s of Taunton who I had bought my MG from 30 months ago were no longer an MG dealership.

I found your dealership was closest so I booked the car in for its service. I was offered an EV loan car. When I bought the MG ZS EV in on Monday 31st March I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner and went home expecting to return at 5pm to collect my car. Early in the afternoon I received a phone call to explain that a broken road spring had been found. I authorised expenditure in the event that MG declined the warranty claim.

In the end I kept the loan car for the week that the repair took and the repair was done under warranty. I particularly liked the way that at no time was there any suggestion that it was my problem.
