"I was happy with the service at FJ Chalke MG Yeovil because we found ourselves in a complete jam when our car broke down over the Ironman Weymouth weekend, leaving us stranded five hours from home. With just two days to go before one of the biggest challenges of my life, dealing with a broken-down vehicle and wondering how on earth we would get back was the absolute last thing I needed on a Thursday.
Luckily, we spotted a car online and called the dealership, explaining our stressful situation to Neil Silford. Thankfully, the vehicle was ready to be viewed and purchased quickly. We booked a viewing and a test drive with our fingers firmly crossed, as we had no Plan B, and I honestly did not even know if buying a car in a single day was even possible.
To cut a long story short, Neil was brilliant, the car was brilliant, and all the stars aligned. I could hardly believe that from the moment we walked into the dealership to the time we drove away in our new car, it took a mere one hour and ten minutes. Unbelievable!
