We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Alfie Mann to Nissan Service Manager within our Yeovil Branch.

Alfie has been an invaluable member of our team for the past five years, and his journey from an apprentice in the service department to a management role is a testament to his dedication and hard work.

Alfie joined us in April 2019 as an apprentice in the service department, where he embarked on a comprehensive business course. His commitment and enthusiasm were evident from the start, and upon completing his apprenticeship, Alfie was offered a position at our Yeovil branch.

In Yeovil, Alfie took on the role of a service advisor, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in customer service, problem-solving, and team work. His ability to handle challenging situations and his commitment to providing top-notch customer service set him apart, leading to his promotion to the Senior Service Advisor role.

As the Senior Service Advisor, Alfie continued to excel and showcase his leadership potential. His dedication to the success of our service department and his ability to guide his colleagues made a lasting impact on our team which led to Alfie's latest achievement – his promotion to a management position.

Throughout his five years with FJ Chalke, Alfie’s journey from apprentice to management is not only a reflection of his personal growth but also a testament to the opportunities for advancement and development that FJ Chalke provides to its dedicated employees.
