The MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid seats seven adults across three full rows – including a third row that doesn't require a formal apology to whoever sits there.

Switch from seven to five to two like a well-rehearsed hokey cokey, as the sliding second row adjusts to balance legroom and boot space so nobody loses out. And when all seven are up, there's still a genuinely usable boot.

Most 7-seaters make you choose between the seats and the space. The MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid doesn't.

The MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid's 62 mile^ EV-only range covers the school run, the commute and the Saturday morning chaos without touching a drop of fuel - think of it as having an EV for the daily routine. When the journey demands more, the 1.5L turbo petrol engine is there when you need it. Which, for most days, you probably won't.
