Sleek yet striking. The Kia Niro’s exterior has ‘future’ written all over it — with a stylish front bonnet framed around a signature matte/gloss two-tone tiger nose grille. This upfront design confidence is built on a powerful lower cladding, for an extra-wide look that accommodates an integrated central charging point.

Distinctive CUV side details

Ready for your close-up? The Niro is designed around simple lines that render a bold CUV side profile. Turn heads wherever you go, thanks to its unique body cladding with two-tone colour body and a stylish Aero C-Pillar at the rear to enhance airflow and aerodynamics.

Confident rear styling

The Niro showcases modern styling where it counts, with a rear section that boasts simple and elegant design, boomerang-style motif tail lights, rugged skid plate, and a lower bumper that’s just the right balance of bold and beautiful.

Impactful Niro EV design details

The fresh and expressive sculpted body shape and exceptional crossover looks of the Niro EV are designed to delight. The distinctive two-tone hexagonal front grille and unique EV-only exterior design also features a wide body coloured bumper design, incorporating a central charging point. Steel Grey body cladding and a Steel Grey Aero-C Pillar are available for yet more character.

Choice of dynamic alloy wheels

Created exclusively for the Niro EV, the custom 17-inch alloy wheels have a 5-petal design and feature a two-colour finish with black accents. Meanwhile, the Niro Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid, our family hybrid cars, feature specially designed 16-inch or 18-inch alloy wheels, depending on the trim level you choose.

Public Charging

Kia Charge provides access 24 UK charging networks, including bp pulse and many more across 28 other European countries – all from one app and card. Exclusively available to Kia drivers, Kia Charge also lets you take up an IONITY Power subscription, which unlocks the best value when charging within IONITY’s UK and European network of high-power EV charging stations. Use Kia Charge to plan journeys with charging stops, consult station information and view pricing. All your expenses are consolidated in one monthly invoice so public charging has never been easier!

Home Charging

Being able to charge at home helps reap the benefits of owning an Niro Plug-In Hybrid and Niro EV. That is why Kia have partnered with bp pulse – one of Britain’s largest and most experienced manufacturers and installers - to help you install your dedicated home car charger. What’s more, you can stop, start and schedule charging sessions using our Kia Connect app so your Niro is always ready when you need it.

(1) 7-year battery warranty
Kia high voltage lithium ion battery-units in electric vehicles (EV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) are built to have a long life. These batteries are covered by the KIA warranty for a period of 7 years from initial registration or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. For low voltage batteries (48V and 12V) in mild-hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV), the Kia warranty covers a period of 2 years from initial registration regardless of mileage. For EVs and PHEVs only, Kia guarantees a 70% capacity of the battery. Capacity reduction of the battery in HEV and MHEV is not covered by the warranty. (2) Kia Connect Services
The services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your vehicle’s head unit. Available On-Board Services might differ depending on your country. Smartphone with data plan required to activate Kia Connect Live Services services in countries and models without embedded telematics.
