What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs across a range of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrics etc.)
• Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Road testing vehicles, including customer demos where needed
• Carrying out vehicle health checks
• Speaking directly with customers to explain issues and fixes
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Supporting the team – we’re all in this together!
• CPD – We’ll help you with training & development to allow your career to flourish!

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair & minimum of 2 years' practical experience
• Experience in a Main Dealer environment
• EV / Hybrid training a bonus (we’ll support you if not!)
• MOT Tester status? Even better!
• Someone who’s positive, honest, takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us
• Full UK driving licence (with less than 6 points)
• Your own tools and a can-do attitude

Pay Guide

• Master Technician – Up to OTE £40,070
• Senior / Diagnostic Technician – Up to OTE £37,886
• Service Technician – Up to OTE £35,702
• *** MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITIES ARE UNCAPPED! ***
• *** ANNUAL LOYALTY PROFIT SHARE ***

Working pattern:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
