What you’ll be doing:

Every day will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping people find the right vehicle and making the journey enjoyable from start to finish.

You’ll:

• Welcome customers into the dealership and create a warm, engaging first impression.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding what really matters to them.
• Use your knowledge across our fantastic range of brands to confidently answer questions and recommend the right products.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, follow-ups and lead generation.
• Turn opportunities into successful, profitable sales using your excellent negotiation and selling skills, while following FCA procedures and company standards.
• Keep customers informed and engaged throughout the entire journey — from first enquiry through to handover and beyond.
• Spot genuine opportunities to upsell additional products and services based on each customer's needs.
• Work towards — and ideally exceed — your sales targets, with uncapped commission giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for your success.
• Keep your product knowledge fresh by staying up to date with new models, technologies and manufacturer developments.
• Take advantage of high-quality manufacturer training to keep developing your skills.
• Support your colleagues and play your part in creating a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back to us time and time again.

Is this you?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, driven and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you’ll:

• Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the retail automotive sector.
• Bring energy, positivity and professionalism to everything you do.
• Have a strong work ethic and take pride in being reliable and punctual.
• Be commercially minded, with the ability to recognise and maximise genuine sales opportunities based on individual customer needs.
• Have excellent communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and going the extra mile.
• Be organised and able to manage a busy workload independently, while also being a supportive and collaborative team player.
• Stay calm, focused and professional when things get busy, and have a proven ability to work to deadlines.
