We are a successful and growing multi-site car dealership group, proudly serving Somerset, Wiltshire, and Dorset. As part of our dynamic accounts team, based at our Yeovil dealership, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support the accounts team with a wide range of tasks, including:

Purchase ledger and Sales ledger processing and query resolution
Daily bank reconciliations and posting receipts/payments
Supporting credit control and cash flow reporting
Preparing and posting journals
Assisting with monthly management accounts
General administrative support and ad hoc finance duties

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance assistant role
High attention to detail and good organisational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
A positive, proactive attitude with a team-player mindset
