Despite the dealerships currently being closed, FJ Chalke Kia has been supporting the local community with a dedicated team working from home. They have been assisting customers with vehicle queries, as well as offering to pick-up essential goods on behalf of those in need.
One customer expressed their gratitude on the FJ Chalke website, posting; “I received a call from Mr. James Chalke, not to ask about buying a vehicle, but asking me if I needed any shopping and offering to do so for my wife and myself. I have been dealing with them for many years and they always go the extra mile. Please accept my thanks for your most kind offer. FJ Chalke deserve praise for their customer service in these troubled times.”
All NHS staff and key workers will continue to receive support with their vehicle needs from FJ Chalke Kia. Many other customers and non-customers who have vehicle-related questions can also speak to the dealership online or over the phone.
Rachael Minton, Marketing Manager at FJ Chalke, commented; “Despite the dealership being closed, we have a very small team working from home to attend to every enquiry. We take great pride in helping the best way we can, given the government restrictions. During these difficult times, we want people to know that we’re on hand if they need to get in touch, existing customer or not, and that we will support them with advice and answers to their queries.”
