LATEST UPDATE: Our Service, Workshops & Parts Departments are now open - by appointment only

Following the Government announcement on Sunday 10th May, we have been working to prepare for the first phase of our reopening process. Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for their patience, loyalty and understanding whilst our departments have remained closed during these exceptional times. Secondly, the safety of our colleagues and customers are our key priority so we have had to change the way we work, things will look different, processes will have changed but what we can guarantee is the same smiling faces to greet and serve you.

New, Used & Motability Sales Departments

Our Sales Department will remain closed until further notice, we will continue to follow Government advice around when to safely reopen. We do however have a small team of people working remotely who can assist with your sales enquiry, simply send a request via the enquiry form on the website. If you have seen a car you like you can use our ‘reserve online’ facility. The £250 reservation fee will reserve the vehicle throughout our temporary closure, the fee is not a commitment to buy so you can request a full refund at any time. Once the reservation fee has been processed we’ll contact you via e-mail to confirm the payment. Once we reopen you will be the first to hear from our team to organise a test drive in your chosen vehicle.

The Covid Pandemic - Working Together

Last year marked 90 years since we first opened our garage doors, and what a 90 years it has been. In that time, we’ve sold, repaired and serviced thousands of cars in the community, listened and learned from our loyal customers and brought many years of motoring joy to lots of people.

Our key role within the community made temporarily closing our showrooms and workshops a simple decision earlier this year.

We more than most dealers realise family is everything. The health and safety of our staff, customers and our local community plays a big part in our family business and in these times of uncertainty we knew it was the right thing to do, we had to do our part to mitigate the potential spread of the virus.

NHS & Key Workers – Priority Cases

For all the NHS Staff, Support Staff & Key Workers we couldn’t be more grateful, we appreciate you share the same fears, uncertainties and anxieties that we all do but still have families to care for and loved ones to look after, but through it all, still working round the clock to ensure you do the best you can for everyone, so thank you.

Your Questions & Enquiries – We are replying to all

We are taking great pride in responding to all enquiries coming into the business via our website, social media and other platforms. Our business has reduced to a small team of people working remotely, please bear with us, naturally response times may take a little longer than usual, however we will always try and assist with your requests the best we can.

As you will appreciate, some requests are easier to fix than others, and the tasks we can undertake are limited. The majority of our replies will be via email, therefore if you have made an enquiry and you think we haven’t replied, please check your spam/junk folder, it could be waiting there for you.

We will aim to keep everyone updated across our social media channels when we open our showrooms for vehicle sales, we will be back when the time is right. We look forward to greeting you as we would any family member, with open arms.
