The safety of our colleagues and customers are our key priority, we have changed the way we work, things look different, processes have changed but we can guarantee the same smiling faces to greet and serve you.

We are open 7 days a week, appointments are no longer necessary, you can browse the very latest stock, book a test drive or ask our helpful team a question, we look forward to seeing you very soon!

Working with our staff and customers to remain safe

We can confirm that we comply with the Government guidelines on reopening and managing the health and safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

Staff and customers are socially distanced wherever possible, two metres apart. Where this isn’t possible, we have taken measures to minimise risk, including additional hygiene procedures, pvc screens and protective equipment.

Staff have the use of PPE with new processes in place for handwashing, sanitising and cleaning.

We have worked responsibly with staff who are considered to be at a heightened risk from Covid-19 and other members of staff to work from home.

We have carried out a Coronavirus-specific risk assessment before bringing staff back into the workplace.

We have reduced staffing levels providing adequate space for our staff to adapt and work with the new social distancing measures. Please be aware, we anticipate our procedures taking longer than normal due to the new measures in place.

A key part of our reopening process is working together with our customers, and trying to create the best experience we can, given the circumstances.

Here’s how we plan to welcome you back

When you visit, if possible, protect yourself with a face mask, wear disposable gloves if you have them, wash your hands or use antibacterial gel regularly.

If you are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus please contact our Sales Department to cancel your appointment.

All we ask of you is to take a moment to familiarise yourself with our COVID-19 measures.

In order to social distance a maximum of 2 people ( adults ) per appointment.
Hand sanitiser will be provided and customer facing areas will have acrylic screens for protection.
For your safety and well being, we will not be handing out brochures.
The steering wheel, gearstick, handbrake, door handles and keys will be wiped with sanitising wipes before presenting any vehicle.
In order to value your part exchange safely, our sales consultant will wear gloves and a facemask before entering the vehicle and all touch points inc the keys will be sanitised before and after the appraisal.
Test drives will be unaccompanied after all necessary checks have taken place.
Once your test drive is confirmed we will send you an email confirming the time/date and the new COVID-19 measures which will be taking place. Please take time to read this.
Prior to your test drive appointment a photograph of your driving licence and details of your National Insurance Number will be required.
In order to social distance a maximum of 2 people ( adults ) per test drive allowed.
In order to prepare the vehicle for your safety, all touch points inc the keys will be sanitised before and after the test drive.
Once your handover appointment is confirmed we will send you an email confirming the time/date and the new COVID-19 measures which will be taking place. Please take time to read this.
Prior to your handover appointment, where possible, all paperwork and documents will be emailed to you for a signature and returned by email prior to the collection date.
In order to social distance a maximum of 2 people ( adults ) per handover allowed.
Where possible, we will send you a handover video prior to collection. If this is not possible, we will provide you with an explanation of the vehicle features and essentials from outside the vehicle wearing appropriate safety PPE.
In order to prepare the vehicle for your safety, all touch points, exterior and interior inc the keys will be sanitised prior to handover.
Your car will be parked on the forecourt with sanitised security seals, giving you complete reassurance.
