Signing and agreeing your documents will be completed remotely. All financial transactions will be conducted over the telephone or online.

Working with our staff and customers to remain safe

We can confirm that we comply with the Government guidelines and managing the health and safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

Staff and customers are socially distanced wherever possible, two metres apart. Where this isn’t possible, we have taken measures to minimise risk, including additional hygiene procedures, pvc screens and protective equipment.

Staff have the use of PPE with new processes in place for handwashing, sanitising and cleaning.

We have worked responsibly with staff who are considered to be at a heightened risk from Covid-19 and other members of staff to work from home.

We have carried out a Coronavirus-specific risk assessment in the workplace.

Are the sales showrooms and forecourts open?

No. Our showrooms are in the non-essential retail category and will be closed until further notice.

Can I book a test drive?

No. Test drives will not be allowed. We do offer virtual appointment and personalised videos. You can reserve online and organise a click and collect with the online team.

Can I browse your cars on the forecourt?

No. Our showrooms and forecourts are closed, which means browsing is off limits, sorry!

Can I look at the car I am interested in, I’m happy to book an appointment?

Unfortunately, not. You have to reserve online or over the phone before you collect. We can send you a personalised video and show you around the car, you can ask as many questions as you need to via the virtual appointment, but we will ensure you are completely comfortable with your new vehicle.

I would feel much happier with a personalised video, can you organise this?

Of course, the video can be arranged at a time to suit you. Alternatively you can request a virtual appointment via Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom. We can discuss your needs, budget and even provide a walk around of the new and used cars.

Can I reserve a new or used car online?

We have a trusted team of people working to assist you with any enquiries you may have, we can offer live video, part exchange valuations, you can even apply for finance from the comfort of your own home. Simply view our new and used cars and reserve online for only £99.

Can I part exchange my vehicle?

We have a simple 2-step valution tool that will provide you with a free, instant valuation for your car.

Can you deliver my vehicle?

Unfortunately not, however we do offer a Click & Collect service.

How can I contact you?

Can I book a Service/MOT?

Of course, Our Servicing/MOT/Workshops and Parts Dept will remain open and you can book an appointment via the Service Advisors or you can request an appointment online via the website.

Do I still need an MOT in national lockdown?

Yes you do. MOTs are still required. Please don’t forget to book your car in for the essential check. Remember, the penalties for driving a car without an MOT still exist and despite Coronavirus you will still need to have your car checked over annually.

Once your click and collect appointment is confirmed we’ll guide you through the process.
Prior to collection, your paperwork and documents will be emailed for a signature and returned by email prior to the collection date.
Where possible, we will send you a handover video. If for any reason we can’t do this, once you arrive we will provide you with an explanation of the vehicle features and essentials from outside the vehicle wearing appropriate safety PPE.
In order to prepare the vehicle for your safety, all touch points, exterior and interior inc the keys will be sanitised prior to your collection.
Your car will be parked on the forecourt with sanitised security seals, giving you complete reassurance.
We must ensure social distancing, therefore a maximum of 2 adults per visit please.

When you arrive

Please arrive at your agreed appointment time and park in one of the designated customer parking bays, please stay in your vehicle, we will be expecting you and one of our team will greet you.
Our Click and Collect process will be completed whilst we maintain a safe distance and we will be wearing appropriate safety PPE.
Remember, you must wear a face mask or covering and we’re sorry, but the latest Government restrictions prevent you from using any of our showroom facilities.
Once your handover appointment is confirmed we will send you an email confirming the time/date.
Prior to your handover appointment, where possible, all paperwork and documents will be emailed to you for a signature and returned by email prior to the collection date.
In order to social distance a maximum of 2 people ( adults ) per handover allowed.
Where possible, we will send you a handover video prior to collection. If this is not possible, we will provide you with an explanation of the vehicle features and essentials from outside the vehicle wearing appropriate safety PPE.
